A unique exerciser for the lower and upper extremities. The pedaling movement can be carried out by either Arms or Legs. It can be fixed and adjusted in matter of seconds to limb size and to the degree of flexion or exte4nsion. Chrome-plated unit with adjustable resistance is very light and easily portable and can be attached to any tubular chair, wheel chair or bed.
